As part of this mission, we offer a Free Knee Replacement Surgery in Hyderabad initiative to ensure early diagnosis and timely intervention, giving every individual the chance to regain their mobility and dignity.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS

• Submit Documents

To enroll for the knee replacement surgery, kindly submit the below mentioned documents to us.
1.Aadhar Card
2. BPL Card
3.Medical Records(Reports & X-Rays)

These documents needs to be submitted either online or by visiting sarvejana foundation office. The application will be rejected if there are no income proof and medical records. Once you gather all the documents, click below to apply

• GetVerified

After submitting the documents, our team will verify your social and medical documents. One of our representative will visit your home to validate the details. Upon confimration, you will recieve enrollment number and the date to visit the hopsital for the surgery. Note: If the documents submitted are found to be invalid your application will be rejected from the process.

• Visit hospital

Visit the hospital on the suggested date and get admitted for the surgery procedure. Post surgery, you need stay at the hospital upto 14 days for following checkups and physiotheraphy sessions. Note: Only one caretaker is allowed with the patient, food and accomodation will be provided for both.
