Program Manager – Sarvejana Foundation
Position: Program Manager
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (with field travel)
Reporting to: COO
1. Background:
Sarvejana Foundation works on road safety, youth engagement, and community awareness through initiatives like the Road Safety Championship, Yama Dharmaraju Campaign, flashmobs, and campus programs.
The Foundation requires a Program Manager to oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of all activities.
2. Purpose:
To lead, coordinate, and implement all program initiatives while ensuring effective planning, team supervision, and stakeholder engagement.
3. Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning & Execution
Develop annual/monthly action plans.
Oversee campaigns, school/college activities, and awareness drives.
Stakeholder Engagement
Coordinate with government departments, police, institutions, NGOs, donors, and partners.
Team & Volunteer Management
Supervise field staff, volunteers, and interns.
Conduct trainings, briefings, and ensure smooth team communication.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track progress and maintain documentation.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports and support newsletters.
Communication & Outreach
Coordinate with communications team for social media and event highlights.
Represent the Foundation in meetings and events.
4. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/master’s in social work, Public Policy, Management, or related fields.
3–5 years’ experience in program management (NGO/development sector preferred).
5. Skills:
Strong project and team management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.
Willingness to travel.
6. Remuneration:
₹5,00,000 per annum

1. Position Overview
Sarvejana Foundation works across Road Safety, Community Health, and Social Development, driving systemic change through multi-stakeholder collaboration.
The Partnership Manager will lead strategic partnerships, CSR/ISR resource mobilization, and institutional engagement to scale high-impact programs.
The role bridges donor priorities, community needs, and program execution, ensuring partnerships are meaningful, compliant, and outcome-driven.

Board Members
Program Heads
Communications Team
Finance & Compliance Team
3. Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Partnership Development
Develop and implement a partnership strategy aligned with Sarvejana’s mission and growth plans
Identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships with corporates, CSR/ISR foundations, government bodies, academic institutions, and networks
Build long-term, multi-year institutional relationships
Maintain and regularly update a structured partnership pipeline
B. Resource Mobilization (CSR/ISR & Institutional Funding)
Lead proposal development, concept notes, pitch decks, budgets, and presentations
Understand donor priorities and align them with programmatic opportunities
Drive the full partnership lifecycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → agreement closure
C. Program Alignment & Delivery Support
Coordinate with program teams to ensure partner commitments align with project design and field realities
Support co-creation of initiatives with partners when required
Track milestones and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes
D. Donor Engagement & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional partners
Provide regular updates, review meetings, and engagement touchpoints
Strengthen partner satisfaction to enable renewals and repeat funding
E. Documentation, Compliance & Reporting
Oversee preparation of MoUs, agreements, donor reports, utilization certificates, and impact documentation
Support audits, due diligence processes, and accreditation requirements
Ensure high standards of transparency, compliance, and ethical reporting
F. Research, Representation & Visibility
Represent Sarvejana at CSR forums, conferences, stakeholder meetings, and public platforms
Conduct basic sector and donor research to identify emerging funding trends
Contribute to communication materials including case studies, presentations, and impact stories
4. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Social Work, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related field
3 – 6 years of experience in partnerships, CSR relations, institutional fundraising, or stakeholder engagement
Prior experience in the NGO/development sector preferred
Exposure to CSR compliance and donor reporting is an advantage
Willingness to travel for partner meetings and field exposure

Tenure: 1 year (extendable based on performance)
Compensation: ₹7–9 lakhs per annum (commensurate with experience)
